Aninri PG, 9 others to head to prison after being caught in document forgery

The efforts to suppress the truth are now sufficiently defeated as fresh High Court documents emerge. InfoWars has reported that Comr Udengene, president-general of Amagu autonomous community in Aninri, has rewritten the constitution of his people.

And he didn’t stop there. The PG also has lied – under oath – and testified to be tendering the original copy of the document before Enugu State High Court.

His reasons were “purely personal and particularly self-serving” a lawyer who is privy to the circumstances said.

“Your PG committed two heavy criminal offences at the same time: forgery and perjury,” the lawyer told me.

The section 117-118 of Criminal Code Act of Nigeria defines perjury as a criminal offence with minimum of 14 years jail term, while section 467 peg prison term for forgery between 3 and 14 years, or 21 years if the document involved is of any serious consequence.

When his acts were first reported to wider audience, Udengene got hysterical and came after everyone within reach – with clear intent to intimidate. Ironically, the obvious missteps are now leading to further escalation and to a scandalous end. Right now, both the original and the forged documents, and several other incriminating evidences of gross abuse of office are tendered before the police, and more will head to the court in coming days. And, at least two national newspapers, well as 10 blogs, would soon document the story of the forgery in their internet archives for future uses.

For a man who thrives in cutting corners, the embattled PG is most likely to bribe his way out of prosecution, relying on the “vast wealth” of his willing elder brothers.

But one thing is sure. Evidence of Comr Christian Onyeabor’s forgery and perjury are with the government institutions. And far more interesting is the fact that the general public fully know it. Now, all eyes are on those institutions.

For nearly two years, Udengene has committed a lot of atrocities against his own Amagu kinsmen. He has allegedly used uniformed servicemen, including soldiers and SWAT operatives, to harass the people. He has issued arbitrary “executive orders” to target dissent voices. He’s also into land grabbing.

All these – and more – had been restricted within the remote, little Amagu community through repressive censorship. And people had long stopped speaking against the injustice out of fear. InfoWars has blown out the lids. The once secured small-time tyrant can no longer operate in the dark, having been systematically smoked out of his shell to stand true public trial for the first time.

According to an unconfirmed source, Comr Udengene is now suing for peace. But peace is very faraway at the moment. A particular family is presently claiming damages of whooping ₦55 million in the court against the PG. Another native is “ready to die” instead of being alive while the land-grabbing president-general fraudulently takes his land.

Branded a “PG of uncompleted projects”, Udengene remains the most unpopular leader in Amagu history. As the autonomous community starts its Annual General Meeting in two weeks’ time, civil unrest is highly probable. Most of the respected stakeholders – nine of whom their names appear on the forged Constitution – are no longer given iota of respect.

On December 29, 2025 – during a “general assembly” meeting, angry natives confronted Udengene with questions of patriotism, honesty and accountability. He had no answer. Instead he resorted to fighting, before he was matched out of the village square. The meeting was held in his absence.
