Remi Tinubu donates buses to APC women leaders in Abia, Anambra, other states

First Lady Remi Tinubu has donated buses to women leaders across all the states where the All Progressives Congress (APC) isn’t controlling.
She handed keys to the women during the launch of pro-Tinubu support group, Tinubu Torchbearers (TTB) at the State House hall in Abuja on Tuesday. Saying their cars would be ready within the week, Remi Tinubu equally made it clear that their new vehicle is never going to be a party’s properties.
“The vehicles are your personal vehicles. You are not giving them to the party. Register them in your names and use them for the service of the party and your communities,” the First Lady said.
The beneficiaries are APC women leaders in Abia, Anambra, Bauchi, Osun and Oyo states.
She equally urged APC governors to prioritise assisting women leaders in their various states, adding that her husband’s administration has empowered more women than any other government in the past.
Mary Alile-Idele, APC national women leader, tasked the party’s women leaders to carry the president’s Renewed Hope agenda to grassroots. Alile-Idele also added that Tinubu Torchbearers has already established structures in the 774 local government areas across the country.
