Nigerian Afrobeats singer Spyro has said he didn’t believe it is wise to leave a lot of wealth for your children.
He said this during an interview with Nevon HQ. According to the Who’s Your Guy crooner leaving so much money for them could ultimately damage the children, and won’t help them.
“I’m not part of the school of thought of leaving money down for children because, at the end of the day, after I’m gone, I don’t know what they will do with it.,” Spyro said.
He also spoke on other issues, including his faith and the realities of music industry. Spyro openly said he loved God and served Him. However, he made it clear that his music wasn’t for Jesus, but for the secular world.
“Na me be Jesus boy. My music is not necessarily Jesus music, you understand? I’m a Jesus boy because I love God, I serve God but I don’t do gospel music,” he said.
