Governor Umar Namadi has suspended four of his aides yesterday – without reason. The suspension was announced in a statement issued by Secretary to the State Government, Bala Ibrahim.
The aides affected are: Abbas Makama, who served as Senior Special Assistant on Flood Control I; Salisu Muhammad, popularly known as Rosy Auyo, the Special Assistant on Entrepreneurship; Ibrahim Yunusa, the Special Assistant on Basic Education Monitoring III; and Umar Abdulkadir, also known as Alhaji Bullet Auyo, who served as Special Assistant on Cluster Farming.
This is coming after the same Jigawa state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) suspended a sitting member of the House of Representatives, and four others over alleged anti-party activities.
