Confusion in Aninri community as a man’s house mysteriously catches fire, burns to ashes

A mysterious incident that is certain to further divide Amagu Oduma community occurred yesterday. When Mr Udeagbara Onyeabor, with his household, left his home on Tuesday morning, there was no sign he was to return in tears, and in fears.

According to a source who spoke with InfoWars over the phone, Udeagbara’s house caught fire and burnt to ashes yesterday. Although there were no human casualties, not even a pin was saved as all his belongings were completely razed in the raging flames.

The director of the Department of State Services (DSS) and the police, including the DPO in Aninri have visited the scene of the incident and taken inventories, the source added.

In the already fragile relationships among Amagu natives, the ugly incident added yet another layer of confusion, deepening existing hatred and fanning even more the embers of war.

For over two years, the agrarian village has been submerged in series of man-made conflicts, with community leaders and their people in fierce battles that have led to several physical assaults, arrests and multiple litigations.

Mr Onyeabor Udeagbara – a good man – was initially faraway from the upheaval. But by the time the month of March was ending, he was at the forefront – leading the “war”. The immediate past chairman of Uhuagu part of Amagu autonomous community, Onyeabor is currently facing a dirty legal suit where five old women are claiming a whopping damages of ₦12 million over human rights violations.

To unravel the mysteries behind the fire outbreak, Amagu has reportedly gathered earlier today. The elders said the fire incident was a taboo, and majority are proposing the deadly, irrevocable traditional rituals that would leave the perpetrators dead once performed.

But what if there is no such perpetrator? Mr. Onyeabor Udeagbara or any member of his household could have mistakenly cause the fire in one way or the other. It’s a possibility. In that case, would the gods still go right into the grieving family to pick a person to kill? Again, that’s a possibility.

The former Uhuagu chairman has reportedly started accusing some individuals, calling them out on social media even when the law enforcement agents are yet to conclude their investigations.
