To the Distinguished Members and Councils of NANS, COSPEN & NSLC, Esteemed Leaders, Executives, Team Officials, and All Participants,
I wish to sincerely appreciate every leader, executive, delegate, player, supporter, and well-wisher who contributed to the success of the Enugu Students’ Leadership Cup 2026.
As the NANS Director of Sports, I am deeply proud of what we achieved together. This competition was never just about football or winning a trophy. It was about leadership, unity, discipline, teamwork, friendship, and creating a stronger bond among Nigerian students in Enugu State.
To every team that stepped onto the field, I salute your courage, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit. You all represented your respective councils with honour. To the winners, congratulations on a well deserved victory. To those who did not emerge champions, remember that leadership is not defined only by the trophies we win, but by the character, resilience, and impact we demonstrate along the way.
I equally appreciate the NANS, COSPEN and NSLC leadership and councils for believing in this vision and supporting an initiative that brought student leaders together beyond meetings and offices.
Today, we have demonstrated that when student leaders unite, we can build platforms that inspire, connect, and empower our people.
As Director of Sports, my commitment remains unwavering: to use sports as a tool for unity, leadership development, healthy competition, and stronger student representation. This is only the beginning. We will continue to create more opportunities that bring our students together and strengthen the leadership community.
Congratulations to all participants. Congratulations to the champions. And congratulations to every student leader who made this event a success.
Let us continue to lead with vision, integrity, unity, and purpose.
One Student Body. One Leadership. One Unity.
Signed:
Comr. Ugwu Arinzechukwu Emmanuel
