Cafu counts Ronaldo off as he names 4 greatest players of all times
Brazilian legend Cafu didn’t count Cristiano Ronaldo as he called out four greatest players of all times. Cafu spoke in an interview with the Spanish newspaper El Mundo after watching Lionel Messi.
The Argentina midfielder had scored at his country’s 3-0 victory over Algeria in in the World Cup earlier this week.
Speaking, Cafu said that Messi is one of the four greatest players in football history. He mentioned Ronaldinho, Diego Maradona and Pele, too. He said the four changed the football history, and are still changing it today.
“Maradona is the embodiment of football art, as are Messi, Pele, and Ronaldinho. So, when I see those unique and brilliant players, I really enjoy it.
“In my opinion, these four players are on par and are the four greatest players in history,” Cafu said.
Football lovers have ever been divided in their support of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, fighting often over who is actually the greatest of all times in football history.
