Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, is not shy to be sure. He has addressed his ex-wife, Ashabi Simple, very directly, making it clear that “you are my enemy for life”.
Specifically, Portable is demanding to be sure whether or not he is the biological father of Ashabi’s two children.
The trouble started when Ashabi Simple, who is an actress, called the singer out, accusing him of abandoning his responsibilities of his children. She claimed it was only ₦200,000 that Portable had provided for the upkeep of those children from January to September. She is tired of catering for them alone, she raved, so Portable should fully shoulder the duties of a father.
The controversial artiste’s response was, of course, not meant to be pleasing to the ear. It was an outburst. He didn’t just refuse to heed to Ashabi’s requests, but he has also demanded for clarification that those children are his, telling the public that she didn’t trust his ex-wife.

“Now I need DNA test asap so i can take care of those kids because I do not trust their mother. I cannot take care of another man child. Forget that the babies look like me, we were living together so the babies can look like me due to that. Give me those kids or take care of them yourself. You are my enemy for life,” Portable said.
