This man is now facing hell in the hands of National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officers. They arrested him at Akanu Ibiam International Airport on Thursday and made him excrete a whole 72 wraps of Class A cocaine as he was boarding plane.
The anti-drug agency intercepted Chukwulobelu Lovely at departure hall of the Enugu airport as he was about flying to Portugal via Addis Ababa. So sad.
Yes, it was a sad day for Lovely, who is only 25 years old. He told the officers he had had a car decoration business at the Trade Fair Complex, Ojo area of Lagos. But he folded the business and relocated to Portugal in 2023.
Weeks ago he returned to Nigeria and got married to his heartthrob on September 13. And because the marriage ceremony cost him a lot he had got involved in the illegal business to enable him offset the expenses.

This was his little story which he wanted NDLEA operatives to believe; they didn’t listen to him.
In another development, Enugu Air has made its first international flights last week. Governor Peter, speaking during a brief ceremony before the takeoff at Akanu Ibiam Airport, said he must keep his promise of making Enugu a $30-billion economy.
