Enugu Air is doing very well for its age. Today, it marks a phenomenal milestone after it took off to land outside Nigeria – for the first time.
Governor Peter Mbah, who said shared the good news this evening, said the plane left Akanu Ibiam International Airport to Douala, Cameroon.
“Today is a great milestone for Enugu State and the South East. Seeing Enugu Air take off on its first regional flight from Akanu Ibiam International Airport to Douala, Cameroon, is a moment of real pride for all of us.
“This is more than a new flight route. It means bringing our people closer to the rest of Africa, making it easier to do business, travel, connect and open new doors of opportunity from Enugu,” Mbah said on X.
In another development, Enugu Air has launched a new website (enuguairlines.ng), said it was meant to provide passengers with topnotch experience.
