Hon Nike Ekpete introduces the DG of the campaign, Prince Chidi Ekwe who, in turn, introduces Mr Afam Chris, APC chairman in Aninri.

Professor Chukwu Okoro who was once Enugu State commissioner for education, a respected native of Ndeaboh, speaks. He declares total support for APC, urges his people to vote the party’s candidates for the September polls.

Hon Benjamin Chukwueze Support Group (BCSG) enters with banners, flags and fanfare. It’s coordinator speaks for the group, maintains that they would ensure APC success in the polls.

Mr Hyginus Ude, a millionaire businessman who is Ndeaboh native, speaks. “For the first time in recent times a crowd like this is never witnessed”, Mr Ude said. He further describes opposition parties in Aninri as mere “rumour” without roots.

Mrs Theresa Okafor (a.k.a Ada Awgu), the SSA on women mobilisation, speaks, starts with songs and praises. She recounts number of things the chairman has been doing, and assures of mass mobilisation of women to ensure not just the chairman’s victory at the polls, but also a winning for APC in 2027.

Mr Ugochukwu Echeribe, senior special adviser to the chairman on education, speaks. Promising bloc votes from Ndeaboh, he commends the chairman for all his “wonderful policies” over the past two years.

Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku arrives the venue of the rally and is receives by over 5,000 enthusiastic supporters, as his SSA on Public Enlightenment, Hon Nike Ekpete, coordinating the event.

HRH Igwe Ben Eze, the traditional ruler of Ndeaboh autonomous community, receives the chairman and his entourage. He blesses his “going out and coming in”, while giving him symbolic candle light and ọfọ stick.

Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, the executive chairman of Aninri local government area, just arrived Ndeaboh with his entourage. On the convoy include Hon Magnus Edeh, member of Enugu State House of Assembly; Prince Tony Nwonye, Prince Okezie Nwanjoku both former chairmen of the council. Hon Chidi Ekwe, also former chairman of Aninri, and who doubles as the Director General of the campaign, is here.
