Health workers are working to determine whether or not a 42-year-old fellow health worker had fainted for real. He could be feigning it.
Yesterday, Joshua James Lozano was docked in the court at Maricopa county in Phoenix, Arizona in United States. He was arrested following a tip off from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that he has exploited a minor.

Maricopa County prosecutor Ashley set Lozano’s bail condition high, asking for $150,000 bond. Michael Tamou, Lozano’s attorney, requested that it should be reduced to $50,000 which the judge rejected.
But that’s not the end of the man’s problem. The prosecutor said Lozano’s were 10 consecutive felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, with each count carrying potential 10 years jail terms.
Upon hearing this, Lozano promptly fainted in the courtroom.
He was taken back to the police custody for medical treatment while court set his next appearance date on September 21.
Even if he finally bail himself, Lozano would still have a big problem on his plate. He was banned from contacting minors, possessing a smartphone, or accessing the internet and is required to wear an electronic monitor.
